Homeowners may attend meetings of either the HOA Board of Directors or the Architectural Review Board. 

If a homeowner wishes to attend a meeting they must contact in writing either president@villagesatberwickhoa.com,  arb@villagesatberwickhoa.com or Villages at Berwick HOA, 5710 Ogeechee Rd., Suite 200 #265, Savannah, GA 31405 seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date for the meeting to inform us of their intent to attend. 

The homeowner needs to let the Board know if they have an issue to discuss (so they can be placed on the agenda) or if they just want to observe the proceedings of a meeting. 

Please be considerate, the meetings are held in Board member's homes so there is limited space and we would like to know in advance that you wish to attend.  All dates are subject to change due to unexpected circumstances.

ARB Meetings for 2011

Second Thursday of every month @ 7:00 p.m.- Tom Cline's house with the exception of November and then it will be the first Thursday. These dates will be subject to change due to availability of members.
