Regarding Access to the Swimming Pool

A new access card reader has been installed on the gate entrance to the swimming pool today - July 14, 2010. 

Future access to the pool/workout room will be by using your access card only. 

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ACCESS CARD!

If you are delinquent in HOA dues your card will be deactivated and access will be denied until you are paid in full.

Swimming Pool

CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!

The Swimming pool is CLOSED ALL DAY on Monday so that the pool company can perform weekly "Super Clorination" on the water.  This is a treatment to kill germs and bacteria in the water.  The pool is unsafe for people to use during this 24 hour process.

The gate is padlocked from 8:00 a.m. Monday morning until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.  Stay out of the pool while the padlock is on the gate!

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!

We have just been notified that All parties at the pool MUST be scheduled through the Chapel Park HOA, 14 days in advance and there is a $50.00 deposit.

If you are having any difficulties with your access card or you need, or have lost your access card please contact treasurer@chapelparkhoa.com.

The Chapel Park Homeowners Association is responsible for the security system and access to the pool/workout room.  We do not have your access card information and can not issue cards.

As of May 28th the pool has been officially opened by Chatham county.
