In order to have access to the amenity each homeowner must be current in dues.  If you are current in dues and have never been given a card, please look under the “Amenity Card Request” tab to request your amenity key card.  Only homeowners are allowed to request an amenity card.  If you lost your amenity card, you may request a new card for $15.  Payment must be made prior to receiving your new amenity card.  Amenity cards will be deactivated if a homeowner is past due on an account.  Amenity cards may also be deactivated if a homeowner does not follow amenity/pool rules, including profanity, harassment of other homeowners or damage done to the amenity area.

Please remember, all pool parties must be reserved with a $50 deposit in advance.  Only 1 party at a time is allowed.  Be considerate of other homeowners trying to enjoy the pool by bringing enough chairs/tables for your party.  The $50 deposit will be returned to the homeowner after the party pending an inspection by a board member to make sure the amenity was left clean.  Contact Christy Schirra from Associa Management at cschirra@asihhi.com to reserve your party!
