HOA Board Meeting Schedule
Homeowners may attend meetings of either the HOA Board of Directors or the Architectural Review Board.
If a homeowner wishes to attend a meeting they must contact in writing firstname.lastname@example.org, or Association Services, Inc., Katelyn Murphy (843) 785-7070 seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date for the meeting to inform us of their intent to attend.
The homeowner needs to let the Board know if they have an issue to discuss (so they can be placed on the agenda) or if they just want to observe the proceedings of a meeting.
Please be considerate, the meetings are held in Board member's homes so there is limited space and we would like to know in advance that you wish to attend. All dates are subject to change due to unexpected circumstances.
HOA Board of Director Meetings
Fourth Thursday of Every Month* @ 7:00 PM
*November meeting is replaced with the Annual Meeting** and the December Meeting is the 1st Thursday
**Annual Meeting is on the 2nd Thursday in November with the alternate date of the 3rd Thursday in November.
